Functional StrengthStrength, balance, mobility and conditioning.
One-on-one coaching with Rafa or Haley, built entirely around your goals, your pace, and your progress. By appointment, at our Windsor academy.
One-on-one training. Real progress.
This isn’t a class divided among 20 people. Every private lesson is one-on-one, with Rafa — a 2nd degree black belt with world championship experience — or with Haley, who brings twenty years of teaching to the women and young students she coaches.
The instruction is direct. The feedback is immediate. The results speak for themselves.
Every session is designed from scratch based on what you need. There’s no fixed curriculum, no generic drills. Your coach assesses where you are, identifies what’s holding you back, and builds each lesson to close that gap as efficiently as possible.
This is the fastest way to get better at Jiu-Jitsu.
Private lessons aren’t just for advanced students or competitors. They work for anyone who wants to accelerate their progress — beginners who want a strong foundation, students working through a plateau, or competitors preparing for their next tournament.
If you’re serious about getting better, this is how.
You set the goal. Your coach builds the session. Every lesson ends with clear takeaways — specific things to drill, sharpen, and carry into your next class or competition.
Progress you can actually feel, every single time.
Two coaches, two rates, the same one-on-one attention. Rafa takes adults and kids at every level; Haley works with women and young students building their foundation.
