Jeanne has been in the fitness industry since 1996, with 22 years teaching in the Kinesiology Department at Sonoma State University. She holds certifications in yoga, Pilates, water fitness, sports nutrition, Reiki, and life coaching — and has been practicing yoga for over two decades.
Her YogaFit certifications include specialized training in mind-body stress reduction and meditation. In class, Jeanne uses a personalized, needs-focused approach that works for every level — whether it’s your first session or your thousandth.
